These Fights & Sparring Terms and Disclaimer (“Terms”) apply to all users of the SocialFightIn application, website and related services (“SocialFightIn”, “the App”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using SocialFightIn to search for, arrange, request, accept, discuss or participate in any boxing fight, sparring session, training session or other boxing-related activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
SocialFightIn is a platform designed to help boxers, coaches, managers, promoters, matchmakers, gyms and other boxing participants connect with one another.
SocialFightIn does not organise, promote, sanction, supervise or conduct fights or sparring sessions arranged between users through the App.
Any fight, sparring session, training session or other activity arranged through SocialFightIn is an arrangement made directly between the relevant users and/or third parties.
SocialFightIn is not a party to any agreement made between users.
SocialFightIn does not accept responsibility for any fight, sparring session, training session or other physical activity arranged, agreed or facilitated through the App.
This includes, without limitation:
Users participate in such activities entirely at their own risk and are responsible for making their own arrangements regarding safety, supervision, insurance, medical clearance, rules and suitability.
Boxing and sparring are physical contact activities which carry inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent injury and, in some circumstances, death.
SocialFightIn is not responsible for any injury, illness, medical condition, disability, loss or death arising from or connected with a fight, sparring session, training session or other physical activity arranged through the App, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Users are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically fit to participate in any activity.
Users should obtain appropriate medical clearance and ensure that all relevant safety and regulatory requirements are satisfied before participating.

SocialFightIn does not guarantee the identity, experience, ability, record, weight, medical fitness, licensing status, availability, behaviour or suitability of any user.
Users should carry out their own checks and due diligence before agreeing to participate in any fight, sparring session or other activity.
Any agreement relating to a fight or sparring session, including payment, purse, weight, venue, date, rules, rounds, equipment, medical requirements, insurance or cancellation arrangements, is made between the relevant parties.
SocialFightIn is not responsible for disputes arising from agreements between users.
Promoters, managers, matchmakers, coaches and gyms remain responsible for their own activities and for ensuring that any event, fight or sparring session they arrange complies with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, insurance requirements and relevant governing-body rules.
The use of SocialFightIn does not transfer any legal or regulatory responsibility from a promoter, manager, matchmaker, coach, gym, fighter or other participant to SocialFightIn.
Users are responsible for taking appropriate action in the event of an injury or medical emergency.
SocialFightIn does not provide medical, emergency, coaching, regulatory or safety services through the App.
In an emergency, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified medical professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SocialFightIn, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, claim, expense or liability arising directly or indirectly from:

Information available through SocialFightIn does not constitute medical, legal, coaching, regulatory or professional advice.
Users should obtain appropriate advice from qualified professionals where necessary.
By arranging or participating in a fight, sparring session or other physical activity through SocialFightIn, you acknowledge that boxing and physical contact activities involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for assessing and managing those risks.
By using SocialFightIn to arrange, request, accept or participate in a fight, sparring session or related activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SocialFightIn to arrange or participate in any fight, sparring session or other physical activity.
SocialFightIn may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be made available through the App or website.
Your continued use of SocialFightIn after updated Terms have been made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to SocialFightIn, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
